Code is the language computers speak. Java script, html, css, are some of the languages. I am so excited to be part of the computer science movement in education. I love this video about equity. San Pasqual Union has an elective wheel this year and three groups of students will be able to experience Code Studio this year for a trimester. Middle school and high school are times for students to explore and see what is out there. I want my children to experience the arts, video creation, ag, auto, culinary, music, and computer science. Some schools pigeon hole a student into a career path as a middle school or high school student. This works for few students. Most kids don't know what they want to do as a career. Let them explore! I hope every student gets to experience computer science too!
